My very first job in IT!

Being a Windows user my whole life; my greatest challenge was learning an entirely new ecosystem of tools; MacOS. The company employed graphic designers and editors who favored Mac’s lineup of technology. I spent much of my time supporting MacOS from OS releases.

Here is where my passion for automation began with my very first bash script to deploy a printer from my desk to a user upstairs. I made it my mission from that day on to automate operations always and often.

I lead the teams’ PXE server and administered Desktop deployments and upgrades for Windows PCs. I supported our Apple Business Manager portal and Apple’s built-in MDM framework to administer and deploy all MacOS devices. I built bash and powershell scripts to support day-to-day support tickets.
